Swimming Pool and Gym Safe Distancing Measures
Due to the additional safe distancing measures by the Ministry of Health, the swimming pool is open at limited capacity from 6am to 10pm daily. Pool chairs are spaced at least 1-metre apart and allowed a maximum capacity of 10 guests in the pool at a time. The gym is open from 6am to 10pm daily. Guests are required to sign in and out at the Front Desk to facilitate contact tracing.

Kid-friendly Facilities

The playground is fitted with rubberized flooring for your child’s safety and enjoyment. Our kid-friendly pool is just next to the playground for children to frolic in the waters. The kid-friendly facilities are located on level 4.

Meeting & Events

Located around the corner from the Residences, Novotel Singapore on Stevens offers a range of flexible event spaces to suit your event, from board meetings to large presentations or lavish weddings. Polaris Ballroom is suitable for large meetings and elaborate events. Meeting spaces range from 35 sqm to 450 sqm in size. Find yourself meticulously catered to, by the passionate team at Novotel Singapore on Stevens as they host your ideal event.

A cleaning fee of $150 will be applicable. Advance booking is required.

24-Hour Security

Security personnel are on duty round-the-clock and public areas are monitored via closed-circuit televisions. Should you notice anything amiss, please contact the Guest Services Executive.


Carpark facilities are available only to residents of 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences at Basement 2 of the building. Complimentary parking for residents’ visitors can be arranged with the Guest Services Executive.

Business Service

Business services are available on Level 4, should you require photocopying, scanning or faxing services. Rental of books and DVDs are also available.
